Terms of Use


These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yogaventures Pty Ltd (“Yogaventures”) Online Training Platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “Student”) agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

The materials and content provided on the Platform are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Use Licence

Subject to these Terms, Yogaventures grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time.

Under this licence, Users must not:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials or content;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with any software on the Platform;
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer materials to another person or ‘mirror’ materials on any other server.

This licence automatically terminates if you breach any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format. Yogaventures reserves the right to terminate this licence at any time.

Disclaimer

The materials on the Platform are provided “as is”. Yogaventures makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property. Yogaventures does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any materials provided on the Platform.

Yogaventures makes no representations regarding the results of using the Platform or the materials, and reliance on such materials is at the User’s own risk.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogaventures shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. This limitation applies even if Yogaventures has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages; in such cases, these limitations may not apply.

User Accounts and Security

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Yogaventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or engages in prohibited conduct.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that may:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Yogaventures or third parties;
  • Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code to the Platform;
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; or
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform

Yogaventures reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of access, against Users who violate this clause.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Platform are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to enrolments in online teacher training programs and digital course materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances once access to the course or digital content has been granted. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Revisions and Errata

The materials on the Platform may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Yogaventures does not guarantee that any materials on the Platform are accurate, complete, or current. Yogaventures may update or change materials at any time without prior notice but is under no obligation to do so.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Yogaventures does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites. Accessing any linked third-party websites is at the User’s own risk.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yogaventures, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

Modifications to Terms

Yogaventures reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use the Platform after such revisions, Users agree to be bound by the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Termination

Yogaventures reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall remain in effect.
